TERMS & CONDITIONS

A- Patients can make an appointment by himself/herself, agent, and attendance, but for the first time, patients have to make registration free.
 

B- When the appointment will be final, the patient cannot change the schedule. If the doctor is unavailable at that scheduled time, the appointment will reschedule at the next available time slot.
 

C- The patient through our system will pay an appointment charge. The patient can pay by master, visa, amex, nexus, islamibank card, unipay, sure cash, m cash, t cash, q cash, bkash, rocket, nagad, etc.
 

D- A confirmation (with appointment details) message will be sent to the patient mobile number after payment.
 

E- If the payment is done, and the appointment information is unconfirmed then contact us by email or mobile number within 30 minutes.
 

F- Generally, these terms and conditions govern the use of this application. Other terms may apply to your use of a specific feature or parts of our application. If there is a conflict between these TOU (Terms of Use) and terms posted for a specific feature(s) or part(s), the latter terms shall apply to your use of that feature(s) or part(s).
